Terms of Service

The rules for using LearnDoKids accounts, child profiles, downloads, and classroom packages.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using LearnDoKids.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

What LearnDoKids provides

LearnDoKids offers age-right coloring activities for kids, assemble and sort tasks, progress features (such as stars and prizes), optional downloads of completed artwork, informational pages, and related tools for families and schools. Features may change as we improve the product. Free and paid plans, when offered, may differ in limits such as watermarks or bulk access.

Eligibility and accounts

Parent and teacher accounts are intended for adults. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Child profiles are managed by adults; children should not create standalone parent accounts.

We may suspend accounts that attempt abuse, automated scraping, or security attacks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service for anything illegal or harmful to children
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
  • Upload malware or inject malicious code into content fields
  • Scrape or bulk-download the illustration library beyond allowed features
  • Remove LearnDoKids watermarks or branding from free-plan downloads for commercial redistribution
  • Harass staff or other users through contact channels

Child use and adult responsibility

LearnDoKids is designed for learning through play under adult guidance. Parents and teachers decide when and how long children use the product. You are responsible for supervising minors in your care and for the accuracy of age-group settings you choose.

Intellectual property

The LearnDoKids name, logo, site design, software, and original illustrations are owned by LearnDoKids or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service as provided. Free-plan downloads may include watermarks; you may keep them for personal or classroom display within the license of your plan, but you may not claim LearnDoKids artwork as your own product or resell illustration packs without written permission.

User-generated coloring states remain tied to your account experience; underlying templates stay LearnDoKids property.

Downloads and school materials

Download tools may export PNG, JPG, or SVG files. Free accounts can include branding. School packages, when agreed separately, may allow bulk illustration use with required logo and tagline. Always follow the package terms you receive in writing.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing periods, and cancellation rules will be shown at purchase. Until then, core family features may be offered free with stated limitations (such as watermarks). School pricing is discussed case by case via Contact.

Disclaimer of warranties

LearnDoKids is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable and age-appropriate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes. Educational progress depends on many factors beyond any single website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnDoKids and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use only free features.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LearnDoKids against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit through forms or support channels.

Termination

You may stop using LearnDoKids at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions on intellectual property, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms when required by law. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

Community and classroom standards

When LearnDoKids is used in a school, the school’s own acceptable-use policy still applies to devices and student conduct. These Terms add the rules specific to our platform, illustrations, and accounts. In a conflict between a written school package and these general Terms, the signed package terms control for that school’s licensed use.

Beta features

From time to time we may test experimental features. Beta tools may be less stable and may change or disappear. We will label significant experiments when practical.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, you grant LearnDoKids permission to use that feedback without obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Export and records

You may download artwork available through the product interfaces. You are responsible for keeping any personal records you need. We are not a long-term archival service for every historical progress event after account deletion.

Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds one part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the main agreement for general use of LearnDoKids, plus any separate school contract you sign.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but may suspend access for maintenance, security events, or factors beyond our control. Where practical, we will keep disruptions short. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Educational outcomes

LearnDoKids supports practice; it does not diagnose learning differences or guarantee academic results. Teachers and parents remain responsible for educational decisions.

Contact for legal notices

Formal legal notices may be sent through the Contact page with a clear subject line. Ordinary support questions should use the same form without legal formatting.

User content in contact channels

Messages you send must not include unlawful content. You retain ownership of your words; you grant us permission to process them for support and service improvement.

Third-party services

Optional integrations such as Google Sign-in are governed by those providers’ terms as well. Enabling an integration is optional when alternatives exist.

No professional advice

Content on LearnDoKids is for educational engagement. It is not medical, legal, or psychological advice. Seek qualified professionals for specialized needs.

Assignment

You may not assign your account obligations without our consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganization or sale of assets.

Headings

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The English version controls if translations are provided later.

Relationship to other policies

These Terms work together with the Privacy Policy and any written school agreement. Informational blog posts and marketing pages do not override this contract. If you need a custom institutional clause, request it in writing before relying on informal email promises.

Acknowledgement

By using LearnDoKids you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and understand the rules for accounts, acceptable use, intellectual property, and downloads of age-right learning materials.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LearnDoKids operators are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
